The space
Located in High Constantia, directly across the road from the renowned Groot Constantia Wine Estate, this listing includes three separate cottages, ideal for families or groups of friends travelling together.
Cottage 1 is a one-bedroom cottage with a king-size bed and sleeper couch in the bedroom. The lounge also has an additional sleeper couch if required. Outside, the newly landscaped private garden features a luxury swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Cape Town. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, although please note there is no oven.
Cottage 2 has a large bedroom with a king-size bed, together with an open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. The lounge includes a sleeper couch suitable for two children. Both the bedroom and living area open onto a lovely patio and private garden. The kitchen has everything needed for a comfortable stay, although there is no oven.
Cottage 3 is a first-floor loft apartment situated above Cottage 2 and has its own private entrance. The spacious, double-volume open-plan layout includes a king-size bed in the main sleeping area and two three-quarter beds on the mezzanine level. There is also a sleeper couch in the living area if required. The kitchenette includes a fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, air-fryer-enabled microwave and other basic kitchen essentials.
Our exceptional live-in nanny is also available for additional babysitting, daily cleaning, laundry, and ironing for an extra fee.
