This charming heritage home is the perfect getaway destination for those wanting a city break in peaceful & stylish surroundings.
This Newlands property is centrally located, being 15min-20min drive from Cape Town's most beautiful beaches, wine farms & the V&A Waterfront.
It's a 2min walk from some of the most sought-after coffee bars, restaurants and grocery shops in the southern suburbs.
After your days out exploring you can enjoy relaxing in the tranquil, garden alongside the sylish plunge pool.
Guest access
You will be given two sets of keys/remotes to let yourself in and out of the property.
Other things to note
The property includes a housekeeper who comes in for a few hours every second day (excluding public holidays). She is a kind & trustworthy lady who has been working for me for 13 years and is also available to assist with babysitting should this be required (at an extra cost).
There is also a beautiful, female Ragdoll cat who lives at the house. She lets herself in & out via the cat flap and spend many hours outside & vising neighbours. She is fed by the housekeeper. Should this be an issue for you, we can try and arrange for her to be accommodated elsewhere.
