Villa Adel is located in the western part of the Island, in one of the most picturesque areas, with natural palm forests, 18 km North of Stone Town and 24 km from Abeid Amani Karume International Airport. Its central location makes it a convenient starting point for visiting both the southern and northern parts of the Island. It is in the middle of a natural palm forest, not far from the ocean, in the small village of Michungwa Miwili.
About us
Villa Adel offers Accommodation in 5 private rooms, daily cleaning, pool with hydromassage area, panoramic terrace with a beautiful view of the sunset, a place to rest, a restaurant and a bar for our guests.
Rooms
We offer our guests 4 double rooms on the first floor of the villa and one double panoramic room on the second floor.
The rooms are equipped with a large double bed (180×200 cm) with a mosquito net, a fan, wooden window frames with glass and mosquito nets, a desk for work, a wardrobe with shelves and hangers, shelves, sockets with an international adapter, a luggage rack. Each room on the first floor has a terrace and a private entrance. All rooms have a private open air bathroom with shower, garden and toilet.
Our second floor panoramic room – NYOTA
The Nyota room is a spacious room on the second floor, made of natural materials and with two large panoramic windows. The room has a large double bed, a seating area, a table, an open wardrobe and a bathroom with a shower.
Room Terrace
Each room on the first floor has a private spacious terrace overlooking the pool. The terraces are furnished with two chairs and a table and one large sofa

Panoramic Terrace & Restaurant
On the second floor our guests will find a big panoramic terrace with makuti roof and the Restaurant
Here you can enjoy picturesque sunsets, listen to music, play local games, or simply relax with a book in hand on one of the hammocks.
The restaurant is open for our guests . You can have breakfast, lunch and dinner, prepared with genuine local products, fresh fruits , vegetables and fish.
