Situated in the heart of Constantia's wine region, House Buchanan is a gracious, newly built, double storey villa perfectly located in the glorious countryside of Constantia.

This charming property offers 5 double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Enter through the front gate, passing the fountain and into the entrance hall.

To the left is a spacious family room with big screen cinema TV. From this room, there is an entertainment area comprising of a barbeque area, pizza oven and a 10 seater table. There is, in addition to this room, a formal lounge complete with 14 seater dining room table and open plan kitchen.

The dining room opens onto an outside sitting area and has a large open French fireplace; this area in turn leads to the pool area with a large covered table with seating for up to 16 people.

Also on the bottom floor are two double bedrooms, both en-suite. There are stairs leading up from the entrance hall taking one up to the upper level. On this level, are 3 double en-suite bedrooms, all opening onto an covered veranda. House Buchanan offers magnificent views and is the ideal Constantia location for the discerning guest.
