Villa Paddy is a spacious 3 bedroomed family home that suits Cape Town’s laid back outdoor lifestyle. If you are looking for a place to relax, soak up the sun, swim for days, and gaze at mountains, all the while knowing that some of the best restaurants in Cape Town are only minutes away, then this house filled with atmosphere and where every room feels open, spacious and light is the place for a really relaxed holiday.

Boasting a beautiful kitchen leading onto an expansive pool area with large wooden deck, amazing views, and a large lounge and open plan dining room, this is the perfect place for a well-prepped self-catering getaway. The kitchen is equipped with a 5 plate gas hob, electric oven, and microwave.

The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is fitted with a King size bed and has its own en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are both fitted with a queen-size bed and have a full shared bathroom with bath and shower. The rooms have lots of cupboard space and bed linen and bath towels are provided. There is also a separate study with a laptop-friendly workspace and amazing views.

Guests will have access to a covered verandah and outdoor dining area perfect for long lazy summer evenings. There is a long rectangular pool for guests to enjoy as well as a large wooden deck with outdoor furniture where guests can relax.

A weber braai and rotisserie are also provided during guest’s stay. The home is also equipped with Wi-Fi and Netflix. A garage with a remote garage door is there for guests’ convenience.

The home is a mere 10 minutes drive from the beach and 5 minutes to Constantia vineyards and Mountain walks on the doorstep.
